Texas DMV: Texas DMV has become the fourth state to produce an anti-terrorism plate bearing the pentagonal 9/11 logo designed by Syracuse, NY graphic artist David Paranteau. Virginia was the first state to place the logo on a plate, which sold over 14,000 copies in its first year of availability. Drive safe and buckle up. DMV stands for
