- Licenses and regulates vehicle manufacturers, transporters, dealers, distributors, vehicle salespeople, and dismantlers
- Administers the Financial Responsibility Law
- Investigates consumer complaints
- Maintains records in accordance with the law
- Collects tons of your $ (millions and
billions) in revenues annually
